Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.riverbeach.org . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

$50+ FREE SHIPPING | All Orders

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $50 or more for all domestic orders.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Signature Required

For all orders over $200, the package will be sent with a signature required. If a signature is unobtainable and a package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

River Beach (a brand by Golden Grove Trading) does not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Damage

River Beach (a brand by Golden Grove Trading) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally via USPS First Class International for the best service and rates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

River Beach (a brand by Golden Grove Trading) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Restriction

Orders shipping to international addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1000 or maximum purchase items limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
